How to make Grilled Hot Honey Salmon

This one is for all Hot Honey lovers! Hot honey adds a sweet flavor with a little kick of spicy heat to grilled salmon. Salmon is an anti-inflammatory powerhouse. The ample amount of omega-3 fatty acids found in salmon helps combat inflammation and in turn promotes heart, brain, and gut health. Wether you decide to grill or bake your salmon this recipe is quick to serve and pairs well with any vegetable like Brussels sprouts. In our Brussel sprouts recipe we also added 1/4 c of hot honey and they were delicious!

 

 



Ingredients

6 servings

  • 2.5 lbs Atlantic salmon
  • garlic powder, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 c hot honey

Directions

  1. Set grill temperature to 400°F.
  2. Season salmon with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Drizzle the hot honey on the salmon.
  4. Grill the salmon for 15-18 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve with a side of Brussels sprouts and polenta.
