How to make Green with Immunity Smoothie
Our vibrant green smoothie is bursting with immune-boosting properties. Sweet and creamy mangoes provide a healthy dose of antioxidants including vitamins A, C, and K, which help promote optimal eye, gut, and skin health.
Along with the vitamins listed above, spinach also packs a good source of fiber, folic acid, and minerals including calcium, magnesium and iron. Celery contains over 90% water and it’s a good source of fiber and vitamin K, which is helpful with wound healing, bone health and blood clotting. Tossing in some chia seeds provides omega 3s and a little more plant protein. Mint enhances the refreshing flavor of our tropical-tasting smoothie and increases the vitamin A content. Enjoy!

- 2 ribs celery
- 2 c spinach
- 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
- 2 mint leaves
- 4 ice cubes
