How to make Turkey Lettuce Wrap Bento Box
Bento Boxes offer a fun and creative approach to packing school lunches. The food is placed in individual sections, making it ideal for those who prefer their food not to touch. By balancing protein, vegetables or fruits, and whole grains, you are providing nutrients that help stabilize blood sugar levels. When blood sugar is stable, energy levels and the ability to focus are improved.
The possibilities for your child’s lunch are endless with bento boxes! In this bento box, you’ll find turkey wrapped with romaine lettuce and yellow American cheese, whole grain crackers, and a serving of fresh berries. To add a little sweet treat, we’ve included a chocolate chip cookie to complete the meal. It’s a delicious and well-balanced lunch option for your child to enjoy.
